Tuition fees
The fee for studying the “International Technical Vocational Education and Training” course is € 2,000 per semester for the English-language module program to be studied at the Magdeburg location (Statutes on the levying of fees for the continuing education Master's course “International Technical and Vocational Education and Training” dated 19.03.2014, §3 (1)).
In accordance with the fee regulations (§ 3 (2)), the fee is due upon enrolment for the first semester to be studied at the Magdeburg location or upon re-registration for the subsequent semesters for the respective semester. It must be paid in advance and proof of payment must be submitted with the application for enrollment or re-registration by submitting a receipt. The recipient of the payment is Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. The duration of the payment obligation is linked to enrolment at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg and the student's registration at the Institute for Vocational and Occupational Education of the Faculty of Human Sciences at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, but not to the standard period of study.
According to the fee regulations (§3 (4)), tuition fees already paid will only be refunded if the withdrawal is declared in writing at least 10 days before the start of the continuing education program. Otherwise, the pro rata tuition fee will be refunded upon request in the event of premature termination of the continuing education program if an important reason can be substantiated.
In the event of a refund of tuition fees already paid, a 10% administrative fee of the respective semester fee will be retained (§3 (5)).
